John and his team for the Spa at the hotel were just wonderful, they were so accommodating! They opened up their steam rooms/ice rooms and relaxation rooms for us to use privately alongside offering us a complementary lunch and afternoon tea. I cannot stress how special my wife felt the entire time we were there, thank you
